Labour law

HPML’s labour law team offers a high legal expertise to its clients in all aspects of labour and social security law, in an advisory and litigation role.

HPML support its clients, i.e. French and international companies, at every stage of their life and development, at the level of their individual employment relationships (drafting of employment contracts and special clauses, negotiation of termination settlements, dismissals, optimisation of status of directors and remuneration systems, etc.) and of their collective employment relations (relations with employee-representative bodies, company-wide agreements, restructuring schemes, etc.).

In close collaboration with the mergers & acquisitions team, the labour law team also monitors and manages all labour-related aspects of business operations: due diligence audits (for vendors or purchasers), management of legal requirements with employee-representative bodies and unions, management of individual aspects (negotiation and formalisation of terms of recruitment or severance of executive directors, labour law aspects of managerial performance incentives).
